ERROR:beige.shader

Hi all,
I just backed and downloaded the latest alpha (I'm not sure how to tell what alpha number it is) and tried to run it, but I'm getting an error. I haven't seen this exact error elsewhere in the forum, so I started a new discussion for it.
I'm on windows, so I double clicked nowhere.bat, but it didn't start.

Any ideas of what I should try next would be appreciated; I'm excited for this game and want to help however I can!
